Conventional materials had the drawback that protective sheets tear due to vibrations during long-distance transport, leading to damage. Therefore, by focusing on soft, bulky long-fiber non-woven fabric with crimping and proposing to create bags, we were able to meet their request.
（We can create large ultrasonic flat bags up to a width of 3000mm and depth of 1200mm.）

We considered the ‘would be nice if’ aspect for evacuation shelters. The partition should protect privacy, prevent infection, and be easy to install. We proposed thick non-woven fabric with a warm color and better breathability compared to conventional cardboard materials, which also does not have transparency. It is lightweight, compact when folded, and takes up little storage space, making it easy to stock.

In response to the challenges of prioritizing quality, ease of attachment/detachment, luxury feel, and design, we used black non-woven fabric as the base, sewed it with special rubber cords, and further enhanced the luxury and brand appeal with silk printing.

We developed a furoshiki made from plant-derived materials that are kind to the earth and have antibacterial properties.
The product was also designed with environmental considerations for disposal. In the future, we at Sankei aim to assist in realizing a sustainable society.

Since blue is not present in food ingredients, we used blue non-woven fabric to create the ‘Dashi Bag Blue.’ By combining white and blue, it can be used for sorting ingredients and simmering times, improving kitchen work efficiency. The post-use treatment of broth is also simple.
