Our process

From negotiations with customers, we capture small hints and seek ways to improve.

The process of manufacturing begins with creating opportunities to draw out those ‘small hints’.

We will introduce the processes for realizing the customers’ ‘it would be great if it could be like this’ for each department.

  • STEP1

    Hearing

What do you want to do?
    What is the problem?

We will thoroughly confirm your requests and discuss them until you are satisfied.

    • What will it be used for?
    • What do you want to solve?
    • What is the size, design,
      delivery date, and budget decided?
  • STEP2

    Staff Meeting and Prototype Creation

We gather experience to consider solutions to challenges and create prototypes based on that.

We will discuss the methods for
    solving problems within the company.

    • Are the functionality and
      material characteristics okay?
    • Is it not over-specification?
    • Which type of non-woven fabric is best?
    • We’ll verify the quality and cost with the prototype.
  • STEP3

    Final Meeting

Discussing the prototype leads to new discoveries.

This is an important confirmation work with
    the customer.

    • Are we meeting your requests?
    • Is it satisfactory as a product?
    • Is it okay to move to mass production?
    • Is it okay in terms of quality,
      delivery time and price?
  • STEP4

    Mass Production

    Department heads check
if the products are as per the
    instruction sheets.

    • How does it look?
    • Are the material properties
      according to specifications?
    • Have we produced the promised quantity?
    • Is the delivery date okay?
